Getting Started

Requirements What do I need to run this plugin?
You'll need a PC (Windows) or Mac running Adobe Premiere Pro version 20 or higher. You also need an active internet connection to communicate with the AI servers.
Setup How do I start my first transition?
First, sign in via Google to get your 3 free credits. In your timeline, select two consecutive clips on the same track (hold Shift to select both), choose a Motion Preset, and hit Start.

Credits & Account

Billing When are credits charged?
One credit is charged the moment video generation begins on the server. If you click Stop before the server process starts, your credit will not be used.
Credits I bought credits but they aren't showing up. What do I do?
Simply Log-Out and Sign-In again within the plugin to refresh your credit balance after a purchase.

Troubleshooting

Error Why does it say "Could not find two consecutive clips"?
The plugin needs clips to be directly adjacent on the same video track. Ensure there are no gaps, nested sequences, or other clips between your selection.
Color The transition colors don't match my footage. How do I fix this?
If using LOG footage, apply basic color correction first. You can also use the Lumetri Color "Color Wheels & Match" tool to match the transition video to your original clips using the Comparison View.
Quality Can I export in ProRes or 4K?
Currently, output is limited to 1080p MP4 (H264). Bitrate and resolution settings cannot be changed at this time, though this may change in future updates.

Safety Is there content I cannot use?
Yes. Strict policies prohibit NSFW/explicit content, graphic violence, copyrighted characters (like Disney or Marvel), and deepfakes of public figures. Violating these terms can lead to a ban without a refund.
