We apologise that Makayama cannot offer refunds. All sales are final. In exceptional circumstances we may take items back that are in mint, resellable condition, but only after prior written approval by us. We decide on a case by case basis. In such cases, we will only offer a refund after the item is returned, received and tested by us. Postage, shipping or freight costs back and forth are not eligible for refund.


Our Software License Terms and Conditions qualifies under the software License Agreement. This License Agreement allows for use on one computer or by a single user only. The Agreement restricts copying or reproducing other than for backup purposes. There is no replacement policy for software. Cancelled orders require you to return the and/or destroy or return the original product. All shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable.
